FAQ'S

  • Can I attend one day only?
    Yes, choose “Single Day Entry” on the registration form and pick either Tuesday or Wednesday. Fee is $300 for one day.
  • How much are hotel rooms?
    Click on the “Hotel Info” tab under “Attend WWD4”, put in your dates, and several options will appear for hotels around the Indiana Convention Center. Our room blocks are under the PRI Show room block system. We encourage booking ASAP as hotel rooms fill up fast!
  • What is the attire?
    Business Casual. We want you to be comfortable!
  • Can I bring my own car to the Breakfast at the Brickyard?
    Yes, but you will need to indicate this on the registration form. You will enter Gate 2 off W. 16th Street and give your name at the gate.
  • Do you cater to special dietary needs?
    Yes, please indicate your needs on the registration form.
  • Can I take my own car to the Monday Indy Tour stops?
    No. All participants must ride in the motorcoach that will leave the Westin Indianapolis at 1 PM on Monday, December 9th.
  • When can I register on site?
    Pre-Registration will be open on Monday from 1-6 pm in the Westin Indianapolis lobby. Day 1 (Tuesday) registration will take place from 8 am – 1pm and Wednesday from 7-8:00 am at the Indiana Convention Center’s 500 Ballroom foyer.
  • Can I change my mind on my breakout selections and other events after I initially register?
    Yes, you can make changes up to November 29, 2024 through your registration confirmation email.
  • Can I attend the PRI Show after the Summit?
    Yes! There will be a 50% discount to join PRI and attend the show coming July 16, 2024. Check back on our website to apply.
  • What transportation is offered to and from the airport to the hotel?
    We suggest that you check with the hotel where you are staying to see if they offer a shuttle service. You can also use Uber, Lyft or taxi. The Indianapolis International Airport is located 14.5 miles from downtown Indianapolis.
  • Is there an “Official Hotel” for the Summit?
    While there are several hotels to choose from, The Westin Indianapolis will host our pre-registration, luncheon and serve as our bus pickup and drop off. They also have a great lounge area to gather after the daily sessions and is located near the 500 Ballroom via a skywalk.
  • Is there a student discount?
    Yes! Qualified students will be granted a fee of $250. Interested students should complete the student form to apply for the discount.
